Day 1  Depart USA
Depart on your overnight flight to London. (Note: Depending on flight schedules, passengers west of the Mississippi may have to depart one day earlier.)

Day 2  Arrive Nairobi
Karibuni to Kenya! Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Day 3  Nairobi-Arusha (BLD)
After breakfast, your drive takes you south into Tanzania and Arusha. Spend a relaxing afternoon enjoying the grounds of your lodge.

Day 4  Arusha-Serengeti (BLD)
An early light aircraft flight takes you to Tanzania’s most famous park, the Serengeti. After settling into your tented camp, an afternoon game drive awaits. The expansive vistas of the Serengeti are a breathtaking sight. At times, there are more than one million wildebeest, zebra and other plains game traveling across the savannahs of the Serengeti.

Day 5  Serengeti (BLD)
The Serengeti is one of the largest wildlife sanctuaries in the world. Thanks in part to its wide row of incisor teeth, the wildebeest eats more grass per mouthful than any other herbivore and as a result, is dominant in the Serengeti. Among the more than 300 species of birds found in the park, watch for the Superb Starling, whose iridescent colors make it easy to spot. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives today.
Migration Camp

Day 6  Serengeti-Ngorongoro (BLD)
Drive to Olduvai Gorge, famous for the treasure-trove discovery of both human and animal fossils dating back more than 2 million years which provided some of the first clues to human life. Then continue to your lodge near Karatu.

Day 7  Ngorongoro (BLD)
Taking a picnic lunch, spend the day in the Crater, the world's largest caldera (or collapsed volcano. The crater’s floor is home to a wide variety of habitats supporting abundant wildlife and birdlife. Afternoon game viewing on the crater floor might reveal hippo and leopard along with birdlife such as the Black Kite, White-necked Raven, Hildebrandt’s Francolins and much more.

Day 8  Ngorongoro-Tarangire (BLD)
Heading south today, your drive takes you through Mto wa Mbu village to Tarangire National Park, arriving in time for lunch. The park derives its name from the Tarangire River and during your afternoon game drive in the park, you might spot lion, bat-eared fox, kudu and the bateleur eagle.

Day 9  Tarangire (BLD)
During your morning and afternoon game drives you will be amazed by the massive baobab trees dotting the plains around the park. Keep an eye out for Grant’s gazelles, which are one of the larger gazelles.

Day 10  Tarangire-Depart (BLD)
Drive to Arusha where you stop for lunch before returning by road to Nairobi. Day rooms are available for freshening up before your late evening departure on the overnight flight to London.

Day 11  Arrive USA
Arrive in London early this morning where you connect to the USA-bound flight, arriving later today.
