 Depart on your overnight flight to London. (Note: Depending on flight schedules, passengers west of the Mississippi may have to depart one day earlier.) Day 2 Arrive Nairobi Arrive in London early this morning and continue on the flight to Nairobi, arriving later this evening. Nairobi Safari Park Day 3 Nairobi-Aberdares (BLD) Your drive takes you north this morning, past Nyeri and to your tree hotel nestled in the Aberdares mountains. Tonight observe game as they come to the lodge’s flood-lit waterhole to drink water. Day 4 Aberdares-Lake Nakuru (BLD) Drive around the northern part of the Aberdares Range to descend into the Great Rift Valley, arriving in time for lunch. The lake is famous for its million plus flamingos which migrate along the Rift Valley Lakes. Enjoy an afternoon game drive. Day 5 Lake Nakuru-Masai Mara (BLD) Leave early today, climbing out of the Rift Valley, to enter the Masai Mara Reserve, part of the Serengeti ecosystem. After lunch, be ready to experience some of the best game viewing in Kenya’s most exciting game reserve. Day 6 Masai Mara (BLD) Morning and afternoon game drives should reveal lion, elephant, giraffe, buffalo, zebra, topi, hartebeest, cheetah, gazelle, wart hog, and abundant bird life. Day 7 Masai Mara-Nairobi (BD) Bid farewell to the Mara and return to Nairobi by early afternoon. Spend the afternoon visiting Karen Von Blixen’s former home along with the Giraffe Center where you will have time to feed the Rothschild giraffes. You’ll have time to freshen up before dinner at the Carnivore Restaurant this evening. Nairobi Safari Park Day 8 Nairobi-Depart (BD) A treat awaits this morning as you visit the Daphne Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage to learn about the important work they do with elephants. Later this evening, depart on the overnight flight to London. Nairobi Safari Park (Day Room)Day 9 Arrive USA Arrive in London this morning and continue on the flight to the USA.
